Payment

We accept Paypal payments or bank transfers. Your online invoice for your project will be sent to you via email once we have received your design brief and contract agreement.

We generally require a 50% deposit upfront to secure and schedule your custom design order. Once payment has been received we will then confirm your project start date and provide you with an estimated timeline for completion.

If you wish to cancel your project completely, your 50% deposit will be kept and the remaining 50% won’t be due. Please keep in mind no final design files will be delivered if project is cancelled and all drafts will remain property of CC Creative Studio. If the project is more than 75% complete at the time of cancellation the client is obliged to pay the outstanding 50% invoice as the project is majority completed.

The same refund policy will apply to change of mind prior to project commencement.
